Stress Test

OK, so Kerm went in for a stress test today and when it was over the doctor's comment was, "The ultrasound was normal but the stress test was abnormal." and that means?... his response..., "We'll send the results to your Dr. and he'll go over them with you." Kerm's appointment with the Cardiologist is on April 9th , so I guess the abnormality isn't too bad. I guess that's good news. Sometimes Dr.s can be so frustrating!! I wish he would've given us a more detailed report. I guess we'll find out more in April.

Grandpa Ammon

We were eating samples at Sam's Club the other day and Ammon wouldn't throw away his toothpick. He had it in his mouth and said that he had to keep it so he could be like Grandpa. After that we had to call him Grandpa or he wouldn't answer us.

Heart Attack???

When you think that your spouse is having a heart attack it is sooo scary!! We spent 6 hours yesterday at the ER (after a ride in the ambulance) with Kerm hooked up to alot of machines and getting tons of tests done. The prognosis...??? Everything was normal. huh? His blood pressure was 178 over 98---that's high---chest pains that stopped after they gave him some nitroglycerin---and yet every test result was normal. He has to take it easy, have a stress test and some other tests run at his normal Dr.'s office and then we'll see.
Ironically enough the day before we were talking about our need to get in shape and change our diet---no more procastinating---green vegies here we come!! (He's ok for now)

Tom Sawyer

I went to rent a copy of the movie "Tom Sawyer" for my son, and the teenager behind the counter asked me, "Is that the name of a movie or the name of an actor?" Huh? Doesn't everyone know about Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn? I really can't be that old!!!!

I can't believe that these beautiful children belong to us!
Notice Justin's "smile" or is that teenage attitude?! He's 13 and a true teen. I think his hair is about as long as mine!

I can't believe that I'm actually doing this "blog"ging thing.
