Dog Bite

Toph jumped the neighbors fence to retrieve a shoe and as he was jumping back up and over the fence their black lab "came out of nowhere and bit me!" He didn't even know that they had a black lab. (They also have a shih tzu) 10 days later the same dog bit the neighbor next door on the calf---no picture but it was BAD!!!! The dog was in quarantine but I don't know what else is going on.

B-Day

Well my B-Day came and went and what a crazy day it was!!! Daycare, kids, and a school Book Fair! My favorite part was going out to Dinner with my hubby!!! We went to Outback Steak house and it was so nice to have some "alone" time.
I bought a new game called "Ticket to Ride" with my B-Day money from my parents and my in-laws, and we love it. I've even won 3 times now!!! I beat Kerm and my brother Boyd, so of course it's now my favorite!!!

New Family Member

This is a picture of our newest "family" member. Her name is Suki and she was born on July 30, 2008. She is a Shih Tzu and soo cute!! We all love her and she even sleeps with Toph.

SCHOOL

I was looking forward to school starting....now why was that?? Early mornings, daycare, homework, school plays...5 kids going 5 different directions---IS IT SUMMER YET??

Kerm's 40th

We had a SURPRISE party for Kermit's 40th B-Day and it worked! He had no idea; the kids seemed to enjoy themselves, but why not with all the different versions of SUGAR they had to choose from!!!

Trek Update

We survived!!! The 2 girls did a good job and had a good experience. I worked hard as part of the food committee but I was glad that I got to go as well. We visited Independence Rock, Dan Jones Cove, Martin's Cove, the girls helped with the women's pull, and notice Bekah's hand...she broke it in cheerleading.
